Cancellation policy​​

• This booking is Non-Refundable and cannot be amended or modified. Failure to arrive at your booking or services will be treated as a No-Show and incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Universal policy). Kindly responsibility for your appointment.

• No refund in any case. Please ensure your appointment before booking.

• Allow you to reschedule your bookings online up to four hours before the start time. (Sign up or Log in)

• Allow you to cancel your bookings online up to four hours before the start time. (Kindly responsibilities to pay 100% and no refund) 

• Sign up or Log in to manage your appointment, such as rescheduling.​
